April 9th - Come Snack On Gourmet Treats and Drink More than Just Wine

So my "Drink Wine Beat Cancer" event is coming up in less than a week.  I just spent the morning with my aunt helping her gather the necessary items to create her delicious gourmet treats (she's donating her time and resources!).

The menu is featuring all homemade fare, including:

• BBQ Ribs
• Meatballs with Marinara Sauce
• Chicken Satay Skewers with Peanut Butter/Apricot Dipping Sauce
• Artichoke Dip with Pita Chips
• Sun Dried Tomato Cheesecake Bars
• Bruschetta (two different types - one featuring blue cheese and honey)
• Roasted Red Potatoes with Asparagus
• Cheesecake
• Almond Chocolate Torte
• Strawberry Pizza
• Angel Food Cake

We'll also have a three-cheese platter (with fruit and nuts) and a variety of veggies.  How could you possibly want to miss this event?

And, for those non-wine drinkers (apparently there are a few of you out there ...), I also picked up a variety of beer and water.
